Kept in Jordan Brand’s archives since its 1991 origination, the Air Jordan 6 “Sport Blue” is finally back after 23 years. Making its very first retro release this Saturday, we sat the 2014 rendition next to a pair of the ’91 OGs to give you a full detailed comparison between the two. Although this modern version is cut from the same cloth, there are a few subtle differences in its composition from the original. Other then the notable “Nike Air” tags on the back, as well as the insoles, a few other tweaks were made, including the implementation of an ice blue outsole. But is the “Sport Blue” a different hue? Is the tongue the same? Scroll and click through the following pages to see if you can spot any differences between the two, and don’t miss your first chance to get a pair at retail in over two decades when they release on August 30th.
