To kick off the month of October, Jordan Brand is blessing the mini sneakerheads with a fresh take on the Air Jordan 7 GS. Dipped in a pristine “Cobalt Bliss” outfit, the pair is a perfect addition to any fall rotation.

The Air Jordan 7, originally released in 1992, holds a significant place in sneaker history. Designed by Tinker Hatfield, the shoe drew inspiration from West African Afropop art, resulting in a distinctively ’90s aesthetic. Michael Jordan wore this model during the 1992 Olympics, where he led the Dream Team to a gold medal, further cementing the AJ7’s iconic status.

The “Cobalt Bliss” color blocking is chef’s kiss with a dreamy mix of white and subtle hits of cobalt bliss. The geometric patterns on the midsole, a hallmark of the AJ7 design, add visual interest while paying homage to the shoe’s original concept. And to ensure those mini feet have enough energy to take it from the playground to class, the Tinker Hatfield-designed silhouette sports a bootie-style construction for improved fit and comfort.

Look for the Air Jordan 7 GS “Cobalt Bliss” to be released on October 1 via Nike.com and select retailers for $150. Keep it locked to Nice Kicks on Instagram and the sneaker release dates to stay on top of the latest news and drops.
