Jordan Brand isn’t playing this year. On second thought, maybe they are. They have a handful of endorsed All-Stars lacing up their sneakers in the NBA Playoffs and a growing roster of MLB talent taking the Jumpman to the diamond. They’re also bringing their talents to another game and that’s golf.
The Air Jordan 9 Low is making its way to the fairway. Preview by JB on Twitter, two colorways are seen, including the same color code as the recently released Black/Red drop as well as a White/Grey-Black makeup that resembles recent “Barons” makeups.
What’s better? While these are built for the links they don’t sport metal spikes but rather rubber nubs and a Free-inspired sole. No, you shouldn’t hoop in them but you can definitely wear them outside of the club house.
Look for this limited launch to hit Jordan.com on Wednesday morning.
