Differentiating Jumpman logos, paneling, and distinct details distinguish each of the two styles of the Air Jordan XX9 that were officially unveiled today. At first glance, the two styles could be be different shoes, but are they? Looking past the elephant print, the first makeup features contrasting woven panels and a small Jumpman symbol, while the design personalized for Russell Westbrook features a one-piece woven upper with an over-sized Jumpman logo. In addition, the first has MJ’s silhouette on the tongue, while the latter is tagged with 23. Both pairs, however, are outfitted with a new and improved Flight Plate. The entire campaign behind the latest from Michael Jordan’s signature line revolves around the idea that the model is “Tailored For Flight,” since, as the brand states, “this Air Jordan will provide a tailored feel for every consumer.”
