The Asics GEL-Lyte III OG Gets Dressed in Contrasting “Orange” & “Purple”

To celebrate the silhouette’s 30th anniversary, ASICS is dropping a retroed GEL-Lyte III OG in a white, orange, and purple arrangement.

Demure white helps to set the stage for the remaining two hues of orange and purple and covers the mesh base and vector logos. Off-white overlays come in across the vamp, midfoot, and heel, whilst the vibrant citrus tone appears on the laces and split-tongue. Finally, the purple hue finds a home on the nubuck around the forefoot and rear. This all sits atop a white and grey midsole, balanced with a black and orange outsole.

So far a stateside release has yet to be announced for this Asics GEL-Lyte III OG “Orange/Purple”, but those in Europe can start to pick up the pair on October 6 for $120.
