The ASICS GEL-Lyte III “Recycled Felt” Shows What Its Made Of

ASICS presents another conceptual GEL-Lyte III with the upcoming “Recycled Felt” colorway. This iteration follows the “Aged Map” edition in which ASICS tapped longtime collaborator atmos.

This ASICS GEL-Lyte III shows us what its made of as the sneaker has an exposed underlay made with recycled felt. Loose strings and frayed stitching add color to the “Oyster Grey” base. The ASICS vector stands out in “Diva Pink” and complements the stitched “Tokyo” t-shirt on the split tongue. The recycled felt is secured with thick TPU casing, adding a glossy finish to the sneaker.

The ASICS GEL-Lyte III “Recycled Felt” is already available in Japan at retailers like Mita Sneakers. The retail price is set at ¥15,400.
