ASICS Adds Another “Sakura”-Infused Gel Lyte V to Its “Spring In Japan” Collection

With Cherry blossom season upon us, ASICS is readying a Sakura-indebted collection to celebrate the special time of year. Dubbed the “Spring In Japan” collection, the range will include four GEL-LYTE V colorways, all inspired by the Sakura flower.

This ASICS GEL-LYTE V “Sakura” colorway features a light tan suede and leather base accented with pink hits on the profile vector logos, tongue, heels, and outsole, as well as a light blue hue on the rear, inner liner, and circular ASICS logo on the tongue. Further elevating the pair is the Cherry blossom flower embroidered into the heels.
