Will Wright designed himself quite the pair of sneakers at the 21 Mercer Bespoke studio. Unfortunately, someone else would ultimately be the first to wear his Air Force 1s. These 1 of 1s were sold on eBay!
Mock crocodile skin appears for the entire upper in a deep red hue, which is matched on the rubber outsole. A standard white midsole separates the two areas, matching the upper’s cross-stitching itself. A grey denim Swoosh is partnered with a matching tongue, and brown leather lines the inside of these Forces. While it’s sad to see such a special shoe end up in the hands of someone other than its designer, whoever made the auction-winning $355 bid got a very unique shoe at a (relatively) low price.
