Walking around the trade show at Agenda Long Beach is a bit like an IRL On-Foot Look at the entire NICE50. From KAWS x Air Jordan 4s to adidas Yeezy Wave Runner 700s to just about the entire Off-White x Nike collection, all the heavy hitters from the year that just was were rocked at the event and to a T.

However, you know us at Nice Kicks get more joy and fun out of a vault pair than a new pair. Keeping our eyes focused on footwear, we were able to spot our first ever Best in Show pair for the 2018 Agenda Long Beach Spring Show:

A crisp pair of the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Kobe Bryant” from 2007 on the feet of Eric J Coulter aka @princecocky. Working at the Champion booth, the Cali native hit on all levels by keeping it local with the Lakers tie and taking it back with a model that’s still making noise.

“I first got these shoes my junior year in high school. I worked at UPS and saved up my whole check for a month to get them because Kobe is my favorite player. These were the top ones from the collection and I had to get them,” Eric tells it. “I had them 11 years. I wore them twice in high school to our rivalry basketball game and then put them on ice. I also had the Rasheed Wallace, Vince Carter and Shawn Marion pairs.”

You gotta love it. Check out pics from the Agenda Long Beach floor below.
