PUMA has always been a brand with close cultural ties to New York City. When hip hop was still a punk movement like rock, jazz, and others were during their infancy, its founders aligned with upstart brands — PUMA being one of them. Today, along with Creative Collaborator and Global Brand Ambassador, Big Sean, PUMA releases their hip hop centric SUPERPUMA pack.

The Bronx, the birthplace of hip hop, was a breeding ground for artistry of all types. Emcees, b-boys and DJs all helped steer the youth culture to what it is today. Big Sean and PUMA pay tribute to that era with their retro fitted collection and adjoining visual aid. The SUPERPUMA Suede stands as the lone footwear release from the offering, which comes with an apparel range highlighted by signature track pants and a satin bomber.

The SUPERPUMA Pack can be seen in greater detail below. The vintage collection is available now at PUMA.
