Last year, Kobe Bryant’s 4th NBA Championship was paid tribute with a special edition of the Nike Zoom Kobe IV. Will this Zoom Kobe V, which the Black Mamba wore during the Lakers’ Championship Parade, be the next tribute sneaker to hit shelves?
A white base is utilized and the heel and collar areas are draped in gold cloth and plastic, respectively. Covering the midfoot and toe panels is a purple design that makes use of snake print and other assorted designs. On the base of the right shoe is “25,207” a nod to the amount of points with which Kobe became the Lakers’ All Time Leading Scorer earlier this season. Expect more details about this shoe to surface very soon.
