A Brain Dead x HOKA Collab Is on the Way

According to a few teasers, a potential Brain Dead x HOKA collaboration is on the way! Images of the eccentric sneaker have started making their rounds on the internet, with some glimpses even shared by Brain Dead co-founder, Kyle Ng.

Although it hasn’t been confirmed yet, it looks to be a mix between a collaborative hiking silhouette and sandal. The pair sports similar cut-outs as the HOKA Hopara as well as metallic panelling and neoprene materials. Elsewhere, the pair sports translucent details and a rubberized EVA midsole and toe cap. Rounding out the final design cues are the bungee lace system and embroidered Brain Dead-branded strip. Overall, expect a shoe that challenges design norms, offers exceptional comfort, and makes a bold statement both visually and functionally.
