Earlier this week Brain Dead founder Kyle Ng revealed the brand’s upcoming collaborative Vans Sk8-Hi release via Instagram. Today we take a detailed look at each of the three colorways due out this weekend, exclusively at Dover Street Market.
Featuring green, black and cream executions, the Brain Dead x Vans Sk8-Hi smartly elects for a checkerboard pattern in a modern yet unique ode to Vans brand heritage. “Stamp Out Reality” is seen embossed across the midsole of each shoe, while a Brain Dead patch serves as the only true accent to the monotone collection just below the ankle collar.
