The Air Jordan 8 retroed in 2003; however, this particular Air Jordan 8 “Playoffs” just retroed last December. The Air Jordan 8 retro was one of the basketball-friendly retros ever released and are still used today by some of your favorite NBA Player (see Joe Johnson). Having not been available since 1993, many people were glad to see these hit the shelves during the Christmas season last year. On the other hand, the Air Jordan 15 Laser (shown above) was far from successful.?? What a perfectly sour note for the Jordan retro LS series to end on.
