The Nike Air Flight 89 has gone in and out of circulation for the better part of a decade, but perhaps its strongest surge came back in 2000. A plethora of collegiate makeups launched in leather and patent variations, appeasing fans of the OGs and offering a flashy fix for those waiting on AJ 11 and AJ 16 releases.
