Nike‘s true source behind their continuous innovation comes straight from HTM, a three-headed design collaboration between Nike CEO Mark Parker, legendary designer Tinker Hatfield, and cultural consultant Hiroski Fujiwara. An acronym of the three thinkers’ names, HTM has been developed to ““to amplify new innovations, reinterpret existing designs, and explore concepts that take the brand to new places.” Taking knowledge from past successes and failures, Hiroski, Tinker and Mark casually meet at Nike’s Beaverton headquarters to basically predict the future and map out Nike’s next moves.
