Viral videos have become an extremely useful tool in promoting and/or marketing a product, especially in the sneaker industry. In the latest viral video chart results, DC Shoes, adidas and Nike undoubtedly show how important viral videos have become to their marketing attacks. DC Shoes currently owns three of the top 10 spots, with their top spot (fourth installment of the Gymkhana series) drawing in 5,062,550 views. adidas, which owns two of the top five spots, brought in a total of 1,642,104 by way of their “All Originals” and “All In” campaigns. The aforementioned campaigns feature some of their top brand members such as Snoop Dogg, Dwight Howard,Jeremy Scott, Derrick Rose, Katy Perry and David Beckham. Lastly, Nike eased back into the top 10 with its “The Educators 2” campaign, which is co-branded by Foot Locker.
