Military, Sport, True and other shades of ‘Jordan’ blue were put on hold in 1993 for the return to the North Carolina-esque Dark Powder pigment on the Air Jordan 9. It was the first time a Jordan shoe featured the classic ‘Carolina Blue’ colorway since the Air Jordan 1 in 1985.
