Recently, Joe La Puma was gifted the Nike Flyknit Racer “Tokyo 2020” — a preview pair of what the Swoosh has to offer at the next Summer Olympics. While power lacing and other innovations are hopefully in the works, this tech meets lifestyle look is certainly an awesome and fitting prelude to the sports spectacle in the fashion capital of the East.

Featured in detailed photos from Complex, the Flyknit Racer model that debuted at the 2012 Olympics gets an aesthetic upgrade by way of indigo dying and a limited run of 100 pairs. Certainly a breathe of fresh air to the time tested but still running Flyknit Racer, let us know if you’d rock these in the comments section.
