The long tenured partnership between CLOT and Converse continues into the new year with a budding spring/summer 2018 collection. Previewed here today are two styles, both of which represent golden era releases for Converse and varied textiles centric to Hong Kong’s eastern culture.
Starting with the resurgent One Star, this one comes in a hairy suede fabrication with a purple upper matched with a black ankle collar. Tan reinforcements appears just above the rubberized midsole while a leather liner caps the look. Its counterpart, a Chuck Taylor ‘70 High, adopts a wheat-themed herringbone knit upper juxtaposed with a black leather heel collar. Black foxing balances the look alongside blue Converse branding while both shoes denote custom insoles.
Expect this CLOT x Converse S/S ’18 collection at select retailers like Haven on February 8.
