Although San Francisco fell short in Super Bowl XLVII to Baltimore, 49er fans have much to be excited about. Their 25-year-old rising star quarterback shows tremendous upside with his exceptional athleticism and big arm. The NFL season opener may be months away, but Colin Kaepernick got the chance to show off that arm last Friday, delivering an 87 MPH fast ball during the ceremonial first pitch of the Giants-Marlins game. In true sneakerhead fashion, Kaepernick took to the field in the Air Jordan 1 White/Red for his memorable moment. Check out images below as well as a full rundown of the cleats worn on the diamond in week 12 in the latest Base Kicks.
