Arizona is historically known as “Point Guard U” for its success of production of top guards from Gilbert Arenas to Mike Bibby. The Wildcats’ top recruit of 2013 isn’t a point guard, but rather a 6-8 power forward. Aaron Gordon’s strength and vertical have been compared to Blake Griffin; which is validated since he beat Nick Johnson in a dunk contest at Midnight Madness. Gordon kept his kicks clean at Archbishop Mitty, and will have full access to wear whatever he wants at Zona.
