Arguably the founders of contemporary sportswear founded through minimal footwear renderings, New York brand Common Projects maintains a stronghold on the market they created with their impressive fall/winter 2016 collection.
With their focus squarely cemented of sophistication, premium construction and understated opulence, the collection thrives on materials sourced in Italy including high-grade leather, wool, and suede. Each act as a baseline for styles like the Achillies High and Low, while the upcoming season also brings forth new variations of the Retro Low and their drool-worthy Chelsea Boot.
Much of the offering sparks a monotone frame of mind atop rubberized leather soles while the Chelsea, of course, adopts a crepe-like sole. Lush pops of pale pink and selective earth tones add distinction to the collection, while your standard issue black, white and grey can also be had.
