Community Collections takes a trip to H-Town to check out an assemblage of sneakers that could only belong to a hooper. Playing basketball all the way through college, Lexis Carter built his footwear stash through his hardwood roots. Consisting of nothing but Nike and Air Jordan models, Penny Hardaway can take a majority of the credit for this collection. Mr. Carter focuses on quality over quantity when it comes to his selections, and keeps it clean throughout.

Collection Summary

“Growing up, I vividly remember having a infatuation with sneakers and seeing different designs and makeups of shoes. It didn’t help that I was a young athlete so I had to have shoes to play ball in anyway, but I figured why not have the most stylish or popular shoes while I’m playing! As time went on and I got older, I realized it was more of an addiction, always intrigued by the newest Jordans or Penny Hardaways. Once I got older and finally got hired at a shoe store, it became even worse. Now I continue to collect old shoes I missed out on as a child, and collect newer styles that Nike brings to the sneaker community.”
