Cambridge-based Concepts revisits their currency theme for this upcoming collaboration with Italian footwear brand Diadora.
Exploring Italy’s pre-Euro exchange, the Lire, Concepts x Diadora N9000 “Lire” features the color scheme found on the 500,000 Lire note, which was the highest denomination bill in Italy’s history. Its aquamarine and pink coloring give the shoe a light sensibility basking in pastel glory. Further, branding is seen at the shoe’s insoles with “500000” stitched on the heel in green.
