Converse has applied various styles and applications to the infamous Chuck Taylor such as padded collars, zippers and felt. In addition, Converse applied a strap design to the Chuck Taylor which is now available at select retailers. It features the added double velcro strap to the ankle area and an elastic padding at the back of the heel. The base is comprised of a 100% crisp leather in either all-white or all-black.
