The historic Converse Weapon is back with its original DNA, but this time with a slimmer silhouette and updated comfort technology. After Converse CONS held a launch event in Toronto to unveil the modernized marvel, the new version is set to make its public release this week. Magic Johnson and Larry Bird’s most notable basketball shoe is revamped with a lighter last and a sleeker midsole for new-school style and functionality. An internal Y-Bar with memory foam and a plush marbled EVA sockliner immensely increase comfort, while added perforations increase breathability.
