![]() The Poorman Weapon was first assmembled in 2009 when Eddie Cruz and his Undefeated teammates designed two Chuck Taylors to resemble the Converse Weapon. A black and an olive pair each released to a very positive reception. The hybrid is set to continue into this year, though Converse alone has produced these two color-ups. Both pairs use a suede construction, with white bits being put to work in the ankle area. A white old-school star logo appears on either side of the mid-panel, matching up with the vulcanized sole. Neither pair bares an UNDFTD logo, but this shoe’s continuation is a good sign, considering the original pairs were named Complex’s #8 Sneaker of 2009. Both can be had at Converse for $60 each. |
