| Back in the 60’s when the Beach Boys had everyone doing a brand new dance, David Y. Rochlen began an unparalleled journey into beachwear and surf culture, creating what became Jams, a shortened version of pajamas, with a younger and cooler feel.
35 years or so later, Jams is still holding down the surfing lifestyle. They have recently teamed up with Converse on some Jams branded sneakers. The Converse x Jams Skidgrip is set to drop this month, replicating the original Skidgrip exactly. A low top Converse Chuck Taylor in the same commemorative colorway will also be available.
