The Air Force 1 will always be one of, if not the most popular sneaker of all time. Its crossover appeal to the hip hop community it undoubtedly unmatched. Nike will continue to incorporate this sneaker into the hip hop realm as they will soon partner with Bronx up-and-coming rapper Cory Gunz to promote the iconic Air Force 1.
In detail, Cory Gunz, the son of NY rapper Peter Gunz, will be featured in Nike?s new ad campaign, which will be formed in his home borough of the Bronx. Gunz will also perform at a Nike-endorsed concert on August 18th at the Apollo Theater.
