The Air Jordan 1 has become the focal point of collabs, streetwear and fashion in the last couple of years. Even more so, the Air Jordan 1 has become the springboard for Jordan Brand to release new colorways that expand the Jordan narrative. Some of the most memorable AJ1s in recent memory have come from the non-OG selection.
The Air Jordan 1 “Reverse Shattered Backboard” released in 2016 and sent the sneaker community in a frenzy. From its orange and white upper to the black inline of the shoe, the pair was a masterpiece.
Now, the pair continues to have an impact by influencing customizers to recreate the colorway to their choosing. Huy Le cooked up the Air Jordan 1 Low “Reverse Shattered Backboard” which features suede heels for a fire finish.
Take a look at the pair below, and be sure to follow the artist here for more one-of-a-kind customs. What are your thoughts? Should Jordan Brand release something similar? Sound off on IG.
