After firmly pledging his allegiance to Jordan Brand on fellow Nike Boy Travis Scott’s “Sicko Mode,” Drake‘s long discussed Air Jordan 4 “Splatter” sample has just resurfaced. But is the timing a coincidence?
Given the success of Scott’s official Air Jordan 4 collaboration and its many friends and family offshoots, Jordan Brand collaborators seem to be leaning heavily into the 1989 produced shoe. Drake’s “Splatter” PE features remnants of the “Bred” 4s although stylized with unique odes to OVO’s head honcho.
With the brands owl logo found inside the heel tab, a paint splatter pattern rounds the heel and marks the reinforcements above the midsole. Visible stitching is still seen around the Jumpman at the shoes centermost point while white “Nike Air” branding at the rear matches the shoes midsection.
At present time, there are no release details surrounding Drake’s Air Jordan 4 “Splatter” sample. Keep it locked to Nice Kicks for more details. In the meantime, check out Drizzy’s tour footwear.
