Following MJ’s 4th NBA Championship came the formation of Jordan Brand. The first shoe that was part of the newly formed brand under the Nike umbrella was the Air Jordan 12. For the first time since 1990, the price jumped $10 to $135 though the Playoffs which sported Zoom Air went up to $140. Retros saw this same retail price in 2003 of $135. Once again, the shoes sold for a discount adjusted for inflation in 2013 at 15% less.
