Patrick Ewing, although not often discussed when the Dream Team is mentioned, played a critical role in the team’s triumphant success. Wearing number 6 in 1992, Ewing helped anchor the squad’s frontcourt, one of the most formidable we’ve ever seen.
During that run he laced up the Ewing Eclipse “Olympic” shoe, which is set to return later this month. Two colorways will release in July in white and black executions. They both feature Ewing’s number 6 in lieu of 33 to represent his time in Barcelona.
