If you’re reading this post, odds are you grew up dreaming of being a Nike athlete. Sure, artists are running the game right now, but most of us wanted to play in the league and make Sportscenter.
For music mogul Charlie Jabaley his dreams were no different. He wanted to sign with the Swoosh and be known as an athlete. Rather than pursue sports as a chubby kid he found success in the music biz that would yield big money and even Grammy Awards. It would also bring high stress, major weight gain and worst of all a brain tumor.
Starting over and reconnecting with his childhood dream of being an athlete, he’s lost 125 pounds, ran three marathons and is reversing his brain tumor. Channeling that original inspiration below, he’s telling his story in the form of a Nike ad homage. Check it out below and congrats, Charlie.
