The “Eggplant” Nike Air Foamposite was the most highly anticipated sneaker of 2009 not named the “Space Jam” Air Jordan 11 or the Nike Air Yeezy. After almost a year worth of hype, this shoe definitely lived up to its hoopla when it finally released in February of 2009. Many of you stubbornly labeled it the best Foamposite sneaker ever. Yet, is it really better than the original Foamposite colorway?
