Hands down, my favorite first signature shoe would have to be the Peter Moore-designed Air Jordan 1. I know that the hype for MJ’s kicks is at an all-time high these days, but this silhouette was the shoe that I just had to have when I was younger. Though they came out four years before I was born, I just remember watching highlights of a young Jordan taking it to the Boston Celtics and just instantly wanting to have a pair. The sheer history associated with this model is too rich to ignore.
