When Kobe Bryant’s unique Nike logo first surfaced, many people poked fun at it and thought Nike/Kobe Bryant should have came up with something better. Since then, Kobe fans and sneaker enthusiasts alike have grown to accept (maybe the top-of-the-line sneaker designs have overshadowed the logo) the peculiar. Inspired by Japanese samurai warriors, Kobe line designer Eric Avar stated that it “exhibits the balance of Bryant.”
