It?s crazy when legends are peers and your competition. Such was the case in Philly at the 2002 NBA All-Star Game. Four years after what was supposed to be MJ?s last ASG and Kobe?s first, the familiar faces found themselves solidifying the starting two-guard spots once again. While the friendly faceoff saw KB8 take home the MVP honors in the matchup against his hero, this pic catches the G.O.A.T. and the then-rising star kicking it at practice in the Air Jordan 9 Low and adidas Kobe II, respectively.
