Nike MAG: It’s About Time
Last summer, Nike shocked the world by bringing out arguably the most sought after sneaker in its never-ending vault. The Nike MAG 2011 compounded hype from the sneaker community, movie buffs, and Back to the Future fanatics thanks to its unmatched nostalgia and unexpected release. Rather than capitalize on the demand or hold off until 2015, the Swoosh dropped a limited eBay run with all proceeds benefitting the Michael J. Fox Foundation for a future without Parkinson?s Disease. Over $5.6 million was raised for the cause.
