Much like they do every year, Forbes recently published a list of the world’s most valuable brands. Topped by the likes of Apple, Microsoft, Google and Coca-Cola, the world of sportswear and apparel finds placement slightly further down the list, with two of its biggest players holding firm within the top 100.
Nike ranks 18th in the world’s most valuable brand listing, with a brand value of $26.3 billion. This figure represents a 19% increase from last years valuation. adidas finds placement at the 83rd spot, with a brand value of $6.8 billion. Different from Nike, however, adidas saw a 14% drop in value from last year, the largest such decrease of all 100 companies listed. To see more, check out the full Forbes listing here.
