More often than not, what we see at retail is not the first (or even second) iteration of a design. It’s one of the many reasons we continue to see a wealth of samples, both potential PEs and otherwise. Today, we view an unreleased sample crafted at the hands of NSW’s NikeLab and fragment design founder Hiroshi Fujiwara. Easily identifiable thanks to an “Oreo” like scheme, a black and white speckled mid blends well with a monochrome black upper and white casing. Certainly a colorway that would have faired well in stores, unfortunately we, in all likelihood, may never know.
