When Nike launched NikeLab back in 2014, the possibilities of what they could and would achieve were virtually endless. In the time since NikeLab has lived up to that potential and then some, innovating at an accelerated rate and exploring the boundaries of footwear and apparel.

With six NikeLab locations in New York, London, Paris, Milan, Shanghai and Hong Kong, they expand their global presence to another critical market in Tokyo with this all-new MA5 shop.

The new storefront centers around nature and technology, which also serves as a meeting place for much of the brand’s output. The layout was produced in conjunction with long-term engineering partner, Arthur Huang, founder of design firm Minimiz. Those efforts lend towards Authentic Japanese culture as the store’s foundation, while an interior and exterior directional sound system and exclusive store scent add a uniqueness to the new space.

NikeLab MA5 is set to open its doors on December 1 with a special display of the new NikeLab ACG collection. Take a look inside the new shop below and stay tuned for more happenings from MA5 Tokyo.
