Nike launched the Considered program in 2005 with a focus on reducing waste and changing materials in all products to have less impact on the environment. One of the first shoes that was part of this program was a Considered version of the flagship basketball shoe – the Huarache 2K5. Fewer materials, less waste, and next to no glue was used in the making of the Considered 2K5.
