The re-introduction of the New Balance 574 has been one of the better sneaker stories of 2018. A classic style that never quite loses its luster no matter the moment in time it’s tested with issues of relevancy, is currently the center of a collaborative offering from Japanese retailer INVINCIBLE.
Focusing on materials and the placement of said textures, INVINCIBLE opts for a dark blue hue to canvas the timeless runner. Hairy suede is seen around the toe of one shoe while the other sees that material implementation at the N branding and ankle collar. This juxtaposition of layering plays well on the simplistic silhouette, which also applies traditional suede and nylon fabrication.
Look for this INVINCIBLE x New Balance 574 collaboration at select retailers on July 21.
