The Jacquemus x Nike partnership reimagines another classic with the upcoming Jacquemus x Nike Air Max 1 ’86 capsule.
In 2022, the high-fashion brand teamed up with Nike for a set of collaborative Air Humara LX colorways in brown, light bone, and pink. In 2023, the two introduced the JF1, a woven reinterpretation of the iconic Air Force 1. This summer, the French fashion label and the global footwear brand are teaming up once more.
The Jacquemus x Nike Air Max 1 ’86 “Mystic Red” introduces a rectangular Air unit, mini metallic Swooshes, a quilted interior, and an outsole with a partial circular tread pattern instead of the traditional rectangles and squares. Other premium details include the mesh, suede, & leather combination, the glossy hangtags, and rectangular eyelets with that same glossy leather finish.
