Miller’s appointment arrives months after Rupert Campbell stepped down.
adidas has made a change of leadership to start the new year as John Miller will succeed Rupert Campbell, who was president from January 2022 to October 2023, as the Three Stripes’ President of North America.
Miller previous worked with adidas in sales leadership roles in the past and has been all over the industry with stints at PUMA, Salomon and Nike.
Under the role, Miller will be based in Portland, Ore., and will over see adidas’ U.S. and Canada operations.

strategies, repositioning and accelerating brands throughout his career,” said Arthur Hoeld
member of the adidas Executive Board member who is responsible for Global Sales. “John is passionate about people and building a strong team-based culture. We are confident that his deep knowledge of the U.S. marketplace along with his ability to build and lead effective teams will foster growth in North America.”
