One of the latest women’s releases to drop is the Air Jordan 4 “Singles’ Day” pair that just hit. A bright red statement on a classic silhouette dedicated to all the single-tons holding their own.
Singles’ Day, also known as Guanggun Jie in China, is a popular holiday with the younger generation who use the day to celebrate their independence… usually with record-breaking shopping sprees.
A bold colour for a bold statement, this Women’s Jordan 4 covered in a shade of Fire Red finds black accents added to the usual places like the tongue patch, heel tab and wing tips. We also get a beautiful gum outsole which really rocks with this colorway.
However, the greatest detail to this release is the hidden underlayer, a popular aspect we are seeing consistently on collaborations such as the Clot Air Force 1s, Jordan 12 Wings, Jordan 1 SB Lance Mountain and more.
This layering adds another dimension and experience to a sneaker, and this pair reveals a delicate, Far East-inspired pattern underneath. Fitting for that single lady.

On top of that, or rather underneath, a white pattern can be exposed through natural wear, but will probably need a little helping along with baby wipes to achieve a more exposed look as shown above. However you chose to do it, this makes this a really fun release for the ladies.
Pairs are available now at Sneaker Politics.
