This summer, Jordan Brand is picking up global momentum. After several international signings, including Filipino hoops player Kiefer Ravena, the beloved footwear brand is setting their sights towards Dubai, opening a concept store in the Dubai Mall.
Built in the largest mall in the world, the new 2500 SQFT store is stocked with the latest Jumpman footwear and apparel. The store’s physical presence is coupled with a digital touch, included in-store pickup and other features. Fine-art displaying the region’s artistic will be displayed throughout, including the works of Syrian-American artist Jason Seife. Seife’s art replicates traditional Persian carpets onto canvas.
“It’s exciting to see the line between design and art-making continue to blur thanks to projects like this,” says Seife. “Between artists like myself and Jordan Brand, we can create in-store experiences that highlight the products alongside the art, helping connect this cool relationship among artwork, inspiration and product excellence.”
