Where to buy the Kader Sylla x adidas Skateboarding Superstar ADV

Pro skater Kader Sylla sent shockwaves through the skateboarding industry when he announced he was signing with adidas Skateboarding back in April 2021. It’s been quiet since the announcement until today where adidas has announced Kader’s take on the Superstar ADV that’s dropping later this week.

“I’m so excited and thankful to join the adidas Skateboarding team. It’s surreal to have the opportunity to travel the world with all of my friends and skate alongside people I look up to. It inspires me to be the best skateboarder I can be,” says Kader. He adds, “Having my name on an adidas shoe is crazy and something I’ll still be proud of 50 years from now. I hope people are happy wearing my shoes and I hope kids are inspired to know what is possible through skateboarding.”

The sneaker features an all-black premium tumbled leather upper, with metallic gold accenting throughout. The 3 Stripes and heeltab feature black pony hair. Gold is seen on the adidas branding on the tongue, insole with Kader’s signature, and Kader’s name debossed on the lateral side. The Superstar has been re-engineered for skateboarding with ADV innovation such as improved fit, board feel, comfort, and durability.
